From towing management to the last new hire, we are committed to ensuring that all employees meet or exceed all requirements for health and safety regulations and meet all appropriate standards. DLS is committed to equipping our employees with the training, tools and resources they need to perform duties safely and efficiently.

Our team of skilled professionals stays abreast of new regulations and best practices through the implementation of our comprehensive compliance program which includes a Behavior Based System (BBS), ongoing trainings and certifications and our new SMS manual containing detailed communication policies and procedures to better the safety and knowledge of each our employees.

Our success as a company is tied to our strong commitment of developing a culture of safety. By striving for zero at-risk behaviors, we can achieve our goal of being incident and injury free, while continuing to deliver the same level of service and support our clients have come to expect.
